Create your own capsule!

In our workshop, children play the role of a little pharmacists and prepare their own capsule. They learn how to use a mortar and also find out how to work safely with substances. We use child-safe materials (sugar cubes and starch capsules). It’s not only great fun, but also an opportunity to learn the ins and outs of making medicines. Each participant will take home their own handmade capsule!

Make first experiments!

The experiment involves identifying the pH of water, acid and alkali in a simple, eye-pleasing way using red cabbage juice. It provides children with an age-appropriate first exposure to the scientific method.
